Do You Want to Get to the Top of India's Sport Law?
Underdone aspect of sport law in india is the role of competition law, anti trust law. I don't think we've got there yet. We're still sort of not even enforcing the frameworks we do have yet. There's a constant battle in every organization between people who are saying can i make as fair and transparent a rule as possible? So that's the battle that's going on now. If you're a federation, how does a sport develop? A sport develops when more games are held. Now if the thing is pitching to the government, okernationals will be held,. then you're not really building this portentous port at all.
