I think transparency is probably the biggest thing and it's not just from us. Just inadvertently, the way these young entrepreneurs operate, a vast majority of them, they live their lives very transparently. We get a lot of what 20 years ago would have been referral clients but it's really just now, oh I see you on such and such a story or I follow what's his name from this business. That means that you're attracting that kind of buyer.
