How Does the Structure of the Garden City Holding Company Work?
Garden City is an LLC. It's not a limited partnership. Their actual manager, hence, and members, the investors, they own actual units in Garden City. The operations that this company does is that they just so happen to buy other companies. They get all their money back on the company we call the capital down. And then we get our nominal fee of our deal by deal basis.
