The Coaching Mindset - It's Our Environment

There is something about having to express into the virtual space something that people could see on you if we were all in the same office. I've seen such resistance still to this. Some of us will warm to it for whatever reason and others would just don't like it. It's very difficult to change either of those actually. So but I think it's key. It's our environment. It's not our workspace. It's where we interact with others. And there are all these places and they're all different, different environments as well. We had three get intentional and four is make friends with your technology. This is what makes us our work possible, our collaboration and our connection possible
