The Russian government has also told a lot of Wagner soldiers that you can sign contracts directly now with the Ministry of Defense. I think this is a Russian response to BlackRock and all that stuff being involved in the Ukraine. This is what I suspect is going on. Is there a danger of nuclear escalation here? Absolutely. But I think the danger in escalation is now coming from the fact that because the West has been willing to use non-governmental agencies, cutouts, color revolutions, and so on.
