Psychosocial Risk

I think there's an understanding now that there is an intersectionality between what was traditionally in a kind of mental health space, which then kind of got reframed as well being. And then now it's even broader when we talk about psychosocial risk. I don't think we can ignore the fact that actually that is essentially the business of doing business. So we take a very kind of lateral view where everybody has a responsibility for discharging the accountability for looking after all of our employees. We're unpacking and getting back to the absolute root cause, which is let's be a business with integrity and create decent work for everybody.
