Do You Need Animal Fats?

There are only two fats that your body needs bacon grease is not one of them you know the grease that the drips out of a donut or chicken wings. alpha linolenic acid and alpha linoleic acid can be found in plants so there's no need for animal fat at all. All fats contribute a lot of calories nine calories in every single gram so we're gonna keep it low fat and the fats you're getting are hopefully those that are natural to plants giving you omega-3 from the source that nature thought you were gonna take advantage of.
