The Metaphor of Coming Out
Before the gay rights sort of movement started in the 70s and 80s coming out that phrase referred to debutante culture. It was someone you know state of um hiding oneself like being in a closet right right so but then after the storm wall the the coming out phrase had to be reanalyzed.
