A study by Gentil looked at college age men and women training twice per week for 10 weeks. They found no difference in training response of the biceps between genders with nearly the exact same effect sizes. And so it's like, you can't predict how somebody's going to do in response to training based on just their gender. The people who respond to the training program are going to respond variably based on a whole bunch of other different factors outside of testosterone.
