How Do You Find That Product Market Fit?

I think a lot of times monetization is easier than retention. Like if you can figure out how to build an amazing product that works, monetization is not really difficult. The three original founders of FlexiWear built an MVP super quickly in a couple of weeks using Flutter. And they could tell there was something there. It wasn't a product market fit, but they knew they were pursuing something, an idea that had demand behind it already. Then they decided it worked. A month later, they built a really solid product and that's how it effectively scaled.
