Is Your Pitch a Way to Find Your People?
"I like to think that my pitch is a way of helping somebody because I'm really good at helping somebody and I don't like pressuring people," he says. "If I've actually done the work to make my script beautiful right to actually make my script something that could be made ... then I have something everybody in the world desperately needs." The first thing you should do when you walk into a pitch meeting is not start pitching, but ask them what they're working on.
