Theism and Theodic Eschatology
Despite initial appearances, evil and suffering might constitute evidence for theism. This means that evil will ultimately be defeated in the after life. It is then that we will understand our role in god's cosmic plan. Here are two reasons that might motivate the sceptical theist agnosticism. The greater good that justifies something like the holycast is so complex that it lies beyond our comprehension. We just don't have enough information to answer such a question. Complexity itself is a great good.
