When you do a midfoot bridge, you're going to pick up a lot of tension because it's novel. But when you get used to that, you really feel the glute, but nothing's really changed. It's just your brain isn't picking up this God, this is a lots of tension through my hammy. So I take with the midfoot stuff, I was trying to get more medial hamstring. That was kind of when I started to change it then. And then everyone started feeling that.
