God Split the Sea
Moses stretched out his arm over te sea, and ashem moved the sea with a strong easternly wind. And he turned the sea into damp land. And the water split. The children of israel came with in the sea, on dry land. Rashi tells us something interesting, that not only did the waters of the sea split, but all the waters in the entire world split at that time. It's an analogy of a father and a son. Here at this point, at this juncture in history, we're being upbraded to being like the children of god."
