How to Take Notes in a Lecture
Dan O'Brien: I love this Dan, because you're highlighting a mismatch. One of the parts I loved in the book the most was that you really highlighted the mismatch between how knowledge is structured and how lectures are presented. And following that, you kind of provided some advice to readers and in this context to listeners about how they should take notes given that they're trying to actually take away this hierarchical structure of information. So what I recommend students do is, yeah, be thinking about it as much as you can during a class.
