A lot of runners say that it's better for your feet if you ran barefoot. If you don't run with shoes on, you'll run on the balls of your feet like you're supposed to. There's a guy wrote a book called Born to Run. He visited a Mexican tribe that all run 100 miles at a time and then I'm going to get hurt. And they do wear shoes, but they're so uncushioned that they cause injuries from not happening. They have thin sandals and they think our shoes are too cushioned. And therefore causing problems.
