You've Got to Get In, You're Got to Deliver Value

I think we over index on technical capabilities and not how are we going to monetize this technical capability. I just feel like the people that kind of bring that extra spark, that igniting spark aren't necessarily valued. This isn't a nice, pretty sit on, make stuff happen, chip away. This is like, roll up your sleeves. We're ugly.
