i like to look back, and i also like to forecast a little bit and look forward. I think most people don't find themselves able to get to that point if they don't automatically build the time in on whatever frequency is best for them personally. And without pausing and thinking about that and planning it out, it's not going to happen. That kind of helps me feel like i'm doing something important and i deserve it,. But that letever work yet. Whatever works, that's me. Everybody else, find your own way.
