Is There a Long Term, Meaningful Upside Catalyst in Stocks?

The only thing I see is a call it a short term, meaningful upside risk is if one day we wake up and Putin's dead. Short of that, I don't see any upside catalyst in stocks before they're considerably lower. So yeah, we might have real returns that suck for the next decade. But but nominally, you don't want to be short. Just P E's have bottomed out,. You don't wants to be short anything in a high inflation environment because nominally, it's going to kill you.
