Is This a Left Ventricular Non-Compaction?

The echorade showed that the left main originated from the left coronary cusp and was widely patent. Both the left anterior descending and left circumflex had mild lumenal irregularities. There is no evidence of late gadolinium enhancement of the left ventricle to suggest myocardial scar or fibrosis, in fact, or infiltration. The right ventricular function was normal. No CMR minor or major criteria that met for ARVC. We have this young woman who has presented with her first episode of sudden cardiac death.
