How Do You Become an Effective Leader?

I think, how you learn the most is just on the job. I feel like throughout my career, I've been so lucky because I've worked with so many smart people that have taught me so much. So remember three things pretty clearly. One is being transparent about what you're doing and why you're doing it. And another item that I had to work on was judgment. Like being judgmental is toxic. We are like nobody is more critical than us in this field. Right? That's our job is to be critical.
