Is China a Dependent State?
I believe that there was a short term arrangement, given acana heads of state agreement, that china was so significant. I do not believe the us entered into a a contract were basically accepted a perpetual loss of income in return for perpetual financing. We axcepted that the first stage would be taking it out ofdespa and and out of dependency. And the last 20 years has then been a kind of china, through really great, fantastic execution. But i rely on the genius of the market economy. At this level, where it doesn’t require an a special si status, that it is a powerful sovereign,. One of the most powerful sovereigns in the world.
