I think that the am chinese action is as deterministic as we think it is, or as we kindg tof frame it where its china's got this grand plan, they're going to beat the u. S and they're going to control things and make decisions that that hurt us. The chinese government has set a policy that enables them to increase their prosperity, and, as a result, increase the prosperity of the chinese people. And at some point, there's only so many magnets, you know, when they count on winning in the market... I mean yeh, i just dn't want to frame it like what they're doing is 'evil'...
