For me, it's the quality of my eep. If i don't have a great sleep the night before, the rest of my day follows how that sleep went. And getting a good night's sleep and sticking in some kind of routine that allows you to get 7-8 hours is key. I've been meditating since like two thousand 16 years old. That's really one of the first things i do every single day. Those kind of like get me almost like primed for being able to have a more kind of like effective, fulfilling day.
