The Three Principles That You Want to Get From Jurors
A jury needs to feel or see that the defendant's conduct was avoidable, meaning they could have made different choices and avoided this. They need to believe that money holds e people responsible, and that, again, money can help. These three things together are what every plaintiff attorney needs to have the jury believing and giving with in order to get our verdict outside of the cn avoidable part,. We also need that, but to day, we're just focusing on the money part. Ok? So let's talk about how to deal with these three things.
