Bostick: A scheme to defraud is still a scheme to defrauded, even if it would only ensnare someone who is less careful than they should be. Elizabeth claims to have relied on advice from and young but the evidence showed critically, that he was unaware of the claims she was making about thernoss superior performance or supposedly superior performance.
