Aristotle said Christ retained a human capacity for activity, which was perfected by the fusion of his human nature with divine nature. He gave the example of Christ's walking on water: Walking is a natural human act, but Christ's divinity made it possible for him to walk in a supernatural way. Even though the two wills are distinct capacities, they always agree, so they coincide at the level of second actuality. Explaining what Christ was meant explaining how the entire human race had been saved from sin.
