People tend to have one of two associations with spirituality. One is it's just woo woo; the other is religion. To me, the word spiritual just connotates connection to what matters most to us. And so when you said the word connect and you were using, you know, in terms of spiritual practice as well as spiritual principles,. I can't get that out of my head because people are so afraid of like the word religion or religious. But like that's the true meaning of it. Like reconnection.
Eric Zimmer is a behavior coach, podcast host, and author inspired by the quest for a greater understanding of how our minds work and how to intentionally create the lives we want to live.
