"I was so aware of how good he was from the get cut. So they auditioned him and they showed me the auditions because we had to decide who to hire," Zien said. "There's something about this guy's really special." The plan always was that he would be a boyfriend, not for the whole series,. There were a few episodes. But we thought it would be her dating a lot of people through the series.
