Ghost Story for You, Eugene!

Eugene's cousin told him about a ghost who liked to walk up and down the stairs. "I could see a man in a long trench coat walking on the stairs," he says. Eugene: I'm like, okay, if you see ghosts all your life, why are you not giving me further details? The story is spooky but it doesn't get any more spooky than that.
