The risk is that by relying on these gen AI driven tools, we are inadvertently propagating these inherited biases. And how do you manage for that? So certainly one of the risks is that as genitive AI is today, it can amplify bias. If this enables a more robust and wholesome view of what performance is actually occurring, I'll tell you, it makes it a whole lot easier to have a difficult performance conversation.
