COVID - What Happened?

Denise Pope and Dan Schwartz are talking with Grace Janggu about this PRT. The problem came with transitioning the direct care from clinicians that classroom, we needed to find out if PRT would work being delivered online directly by clinicians. They were surprised to find that the online format actually brought a lot of benefits for the learning. It's not just efficiency, but it's different and 50% of the time better because that's how Dan led into this.
