The Risk on the Russell 2000
The Russell 2000, the small cap index, a lot of times people think of that as kind of a risk on. The financials do make up a big part of this Russell 2000 index, like 15%. We're right on that 1742 to 1715 again. That's the what the six time in less than a year that we're on this level. If we break here, it's going to indicate kind of a capitulation, let's call it.
