Is Putin Going to Negotiate a Peace Deal?

I don't think the Russian invasion, the Russian offensive, can last much longer. The economic situation in Russia is absolutely dire and this has finally penetrated the palatial residences that President Putin occupies. I have good reason to think that the Russians are ready to take a peace deal that would give them Crimea, Donetsk and New Hansch. In other words, what they already did fact of controlled as long as Ukraine commits not to joining NATO.
