I think the unions if they were more in power in terms of shaping how the electricity system looked I think they would be open to a more sort of robust public investment program. The Tennessee Valley Authority it actually has 60% union density so it's you know the workers that work for that public power are quite happy with that arrangement. They're also supportive of more sort of industrial developments things like advanced geothermal or green hydrogen.
