The BCCI pays 10% of a player's auction fee as no objection certificate fee to his respective world. Some of the cricketing nations like New Zealand and Western days, their NO-selfies are as much as their vortas revenue for the year. Other boards are actually happy because NCCI is playing, paying those boards extra money for that. That is why IPL has become what it is when it comes to the growth of global cricket.
