How Do We Empower Them to Succeed?

You can have a strong self-image related to almost everything else in your life. Ben's bookkeepers don't buy because they don't believe that even if your stuff is the best, you're going to screw it up. How do we not change them as much as possible and still change the outcome? That's what I obsess over constantly. You can't truly outsource somebody's push-ups for them.
