If you are wondering to yourself, am i an emotional eater? Do i emotionally eat? O i not emotionally eat? There are two questions that i recommend asking yourself to get to the bottom of this. First ask yourself, ene, am I hungry? And if yes, go ahead and eat. If you are not biologically hungry, ask yourself, wht am i feeling? So those are two really simple questions. But then you might wonder, ok, how do i know if i'm biologically hungry or emotionally hungry? So i find that a lot of my clients have this question, and i help them work through it.
