I'm trying to remove all negative distractions from my life so that i can be as truly pre an as i possibly can be. And we're surrounded by potential negative distractions, the internet, video games, unhealthy friendships, unhealthy relationships, shopping. That's why this whole process is so difficult, because it's like, where's the line? You know? Everything is fine in moderation. It can even enhance your life in some ways,. But it can also be the most toxic thing for you ever. The goal is to do enough self reflection to figure out what it is for you so that you can be as present and happy as possible.
