What Is the Cause of the Sleep Problem?

The half life of melotone is typically like 60 to 90 minutes, which means half of it is metabilized in the first hours. But when you're taking concentrations that are multitudes and orders of magnitude more than you think, that half life just is not enough. And so it just begins to build and build and build. We have fixed so many sleep problems by simply removing the melatoni and getting that ship to hell ot of the system.
