Are You Driving Consistency With Your Accounts?
If you're not going after the right accounts, all your activity downstream is for not. It's easy to get the plan right but it's hard if you don't have the right question. How frequently should we be doing account plans? If I've got 50 accounts, am I doing one a month? Am I doing one every week? You typically see, you know, every six months, just take a quick look. But then you should be checking back in in a really simple way every quarter.
