AMD, Google, and NVIDIA: Which Is the Best Position to Compete?

Google is only offering their TPUs in the cloud because they want it as a competitive advantage. If you're going to buy a GPU on your own computer, I think NVIDIA is again the only game in town. So I would again say that like no one's in a great position if AMD developed an CUDA-like language.
