Price Controls Will Make the Poor Worse Off

If we know, for example, i think it'll work out differently. But then another issue is it's not at all clear that price controls actually help the poor. The rich are hoarding it and having lots of toilet paper which they don't even use. And the poor just can't find any of it. So that's why, if feasible, or that's one reason, it's better to give vouchers or to give cash, rather than to do e the price controls.
