Do We Have the Right People in the Right Jobs?

In a company of 50 thousand people, i can identify 50 rolls that are most critical to driving that grothagenda. The very next step is d risking those rolls. And what that means is, do we have the right talent? Do we have the right person in that role? Are they in the right job? And then, do they have the resources necessary to deliver on the agreed upon commitment? You wouldn't believe how many executives i'm coaching who are either in the wrong job, or, lett's beak honest, the wrong company, or they just they don't have the resources. This isn't a judgment, the great people in the wrong jobs.
