The Process Is the Process

For each writer, their process is their process. You've got to do what suits you. If you want to do four hours in a row once a day, fine. Why should it be any different for an author who wants to be number one on the New York Times bestsellers list? However much talent you've got, however much talent you have, damned hard work is the first thing you've got to get into your head. There's no shortcut on that.
