What Is Not Okay in Decision Making Today?
The first four areas that I see problem product managers face are poorly defining a problem, not having enough data or decision principles to make a decision ignoring stakeholder opinions and kind of jumbling the options. Next we're going to discuss what is not okay in decision making today. These problems I've seen very commonly face product managers across the board either early in their career later in their career. They need to be hinging on a core problem set.
