Our world runs on clocks. What would we do without them? When we first began to invent these mechanical clocks and then we formed church towers, the town tower with the clocks telling us what time it is. Humans actually no longer looked at the sun to see what time it was. And so that has preceded and over the last couple centuries we have invented a form of life that's encased in artificial time.
