How to Hire a Demo Reel

I've done over 600 open office hours and probably 70 to 80% of those are demo reel reviews. You should show me who you are and what you're interested in, not the tutorials you watch. Sometimes it's okay to have a very short reel that you can send out to people for them to watch. The one person is going to hire you. That means you're going against every intern, every close friend.
