Kita: We get obsessed with the end with the outcome and don't celebrate that there's a lot of steps. Kita: I've been very bad at celebrating my wins because there's a voice inside of my head which is like, congrats on doing what you were supposed to do. And so it's really important because when you're holding people accountable, yeah, a lot of times people focus on the negative. But even if you had an absolute terrible week, there's still something to celebrate.
