The Importance of Democracy

The U.S. remained flat in the early 90s and then zoomed, zoomed after 9-11. The Chinese defense budget was so negligible that it wasn't worth mentioning. People weren't even like, what's its role anymore? It really doesn't mean much of anything. And they were both vying for the Hitler of the year award at the same time.
